Chef Tom Douglas is a self taught American chef, restaurateur and author. He has won multiple James Beard awards for the many hats he wears. Chef Tom and his wife and business partner, Jackie established Prosser Farm where they grow fresh produce that is used in Tom Douglas restaurants.
